Tom came out over the weekend when our AC stopped working and got it fixed quickly. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and had everything cooling again without making it a big production. He also pointed out a couple things to keep an eye on, but didn't try to pressure us into any unnecessary work. Really appreciated the honest, straightforward service and would definitely recommend him.

We use Tom for our hotel the AC Hotel Phoenix Downtown for all of our commercial HVAC needs and he is great! We are a large 199 room 14 story high rise and Tom knows his way around all of our HVAC units. Highly recommend!!

Tom was amazing! Easy to contact with questions. Took his time and checked out our two air conditioners and furnace. Thank God he found a leak in air conditioning so we got it fixed before it broke completely right in the middle of the summer. We are having him back to do our duct cleaning. Highly recommend!

Above and Beyond Service. I had an issue with my AC after normal working hours and came out and addressed the problem immediately. I had ac techs/ salesmen to my home that didn't care about taking care of the problem but would much rather sale me a unit than help me. Don't hesitate in calling Tom. He's well worth your time and most important your money. I was so satisfied with his service I signed up for the maintenence plan.

Tom saved the day! He needs a big S on his chest and a cape. Our A/C went out with it being 114 outside and two kids in the house, so we had to spend last night in a hotel. In my family's time of need, Tom got here within an hour and had our 5-year-old A/C unit up and running. Other local companies couldn't come out for another 2-5 days. He explained everything in a way a regular guy like me could understand. I can't thank him enough.

I live in Wickenburg AZ, so I thought buy local. Called the local McCooling company. They responded on Monday, looked at problem and said they would be back to repair. Called them Monday afternoon and they said they would get back to me. Called again Tuesday, Wednesday and got no response. Thursday at about 2:00 no response. We are seniors and it was hot!! Went back on the phone and was lucky enough to find “ Tom’s heating and cooling. Tom is my brothers name so I figured what the heck. Lucky, lucky! Spoke with Tom and he said he would come out the next day at about 10:00 am. He showed up on time and had me up and running by 1:00pm. Side note; called McCooling at 4:30 Thursday got machine left message that I was canceling there service. Got a call back about 3 minutes later and was told that I was scheduled for the next day I told them to cancel! No word or return call for 3 days until cancellation. They are horrible!!! Tom handled or problem professionally, did a great job and didn’t give me any of the canned responses like we don’t come to Wickenburg or we can’t schedule it for a week or so. TOM showed up on time, did a very professional job and he is extremely personable. We are comfortable, cool and now we have a dependable contractor!! Thanks Tom!!! I recently used Thomas and Tom’s Heating and Cooling for both a home I own and rent out and the home I currently rent, and I had a great experience both times. Thomas is professional, communicative, reliable, and just all-around awesome to work with. He was able to get both AC units taken care of very quickly and even came out at night the first time our AC broke, which I was so grateful for. His pricing was very reasonable, and I never once felt like he was trying to take advantage of me or the other homeowner. It’s hard to find someone you can trust, and I will definitely be using Thomas again and recommending him to friends and family!
